  Drank alongside the 00 TR Perlato and 05 TR Giusto. I had this before, but somehow last night it wasn't singing as loud. This is well made and a darker in character than the 00 Perlato. The cab is noticeable here and the wood tasted a bit heavy handed. Internationally styled.

  This is seriously tasty juice. Opaque big bold ripe and internationally-styled but absolutely well done for what it is. While not a thinking man's wine this is super hedonistic and effusive in nose and mouth. There is nothing not to like here. Had with a thanksgiving meal but would be well at home with hanger steak, roasted potatoes, arugula and the like.

  Last review might have been an off bottle. This wine was excellent tonight. Classic Tuscan nose of soil, dark cherries, some christmas spices. Lively acidity with tart choc. covered cherries on the palate, silky tannins. Even better after open several hours.
