  Une cuvée Spätlese, soit avec sucres résiduels issus de vignes aux raisins botrytisés sur terroirs de Moselle allemande.
  Bouteille ouverte et servie de suite en verres Zalto universels.
  Bouchon accusant les années.
  Robe jaune claire, scintillante et limpide.
  Au nez, le vin exhalte des arômes typiques du cru, agrumes (citron bergamote), pétrolées et pierres à fusil.
  En bouche, on note de suite le faible degré d'alcool, la teneur en sucre résiduels et l'acidité élégante du cépage Riesling.
  Très belle sapidité comme vin de fin de repas.

  Côté table : servie avec le dessert, bûche de Noël à base de poires, agrumes, yuzu sur lit de millet et amandes.

  Nothing profound here but a fun drink nonetheless. A little spritzy on opening which settles down in the glass. Sweet primary fruit but killer acidity - really gets the salivary juices flowing. Went very well with the tuna tartare and spicy soft shell crab.
