Lovely maturing mid weight Riesling. A touch of kerosine alongside the lime cut fruit. Good weight on the palate, quite rich, but cut through with a lovely, refreshing green herbal element that provides interest as well as freshness, drawing one back in for the next sip. Really quite impressive. ****

This wine keeps getting better. Questo vino è diventa meglio. At first apple and fresh cut wood, like balsa or oak. Then it became salty and sweet - lemon meringue or peach cobbler. Went well with many dishes but maybe best solo. A minute later it was screaming of slightly toasted coconut. I love it.

(Domaine Weinbach Riesling Cuvée Théo) Nice focused apple, baked apple, floral and peach nose; tart grapefruit, lemon, floral and mineral palate, dry, with good acidity; medium finish

Oxidized but still drinkable- definitely on the bruised apple side of things but not flabby or off-putting yet.

Pretty well oxidised, as expected, but still drinkable and even interesting with food. From a 375 ml.
