A very well balanced, super good Zin. It's big, fruity, sweet, and high in alcohol without being overwhelming. Nice legs, good nose, and deep sweetness that does not distract. I've had a dozen bottles in the last 1.5 years, and they keep surprising me every time. Raspberry, oak, smoke, liquorice, blackberry, pine/woody overtones, and a nice long mellow finish. I'm hoping to pick up a few more bottles, because this might get even better in the next 2-3 years (I hope it does not overripe).

Good quality at a reasonable price. 15.2% alcohol, but that is balanced by plenty of fruit. Port and raisin, maybe, a bit of vanilla and cloves. In total I find the flavors more integrated than the average zinfandel. Rich and lush.

This bottle surprised me a lot. It tasted almost port-like. The wine seemed very heavy in the glass and had a wonderfully thick aroma of raisins. The taste was also similar to port, although less sweet (obviously). I also tasted some banana. Definitely not what I expected from a Zinfandel but very tasty. Will buy again.
