Not as complex as the Normale, this is more about incredibly fresh, exuberant strawberry and raspberry fruit with less of an oxidative quality and a high toned spicy/rhubarb-like seasoning. Elegant and very nicely balanced on the palate, really impressive.

I can't even begin to describe this, but 5 out of 6 party guests loved it. Typical comments: like a fortified wine without the sugar, almost sherry, not wine. Counter-intuitively, the wine tasted much better after warming up over several hours; you might not want to chill this one TOO much.

Well, its brown. Or rose. Let it open up and then it is fat, full, and fairly heavy duty alchohol. Not very even handed, wild and crazy but also out of balance and a blow torch on the back. But hell, its in the name of science!

Looked like rose, but think of it as sherry and you are good to go.

Crazy aromatics, deep red color, tannic and some cherry like fruit.
