  Enjoyable, smooth, but unremarkable. Took an hour or two to open up after decanting.

  P&P. On the downside...this was very nice on the pop, but after a couple of hours or so it began to degrade. Lush black fruit and tobacco, with sweet vanilla on the finish. By day 2 (stored in a 375 ml filled to the top) it had fallen apart and was no longer enjoyable. If you have any left, I'd recommend drinking it in the near term, and plan on finishing the bottle when you do. It is outstanding for the first hour or two but starts to decline after that. Drink now.

  Enjoyable big strong cab went well with Provencal Beef Daube I do like it.

  Drank with New York Steak. Excellent.
  The wine looks Ruby colored. The legs are Slow. It smells like Cedar. It tastes like and Black currant (cassis). The body is Medium/Full. The wine has Smooth texture. The wine finishes Medium.
