Excellent flavorful, dense, but balanced cab; tootsie roll, black fruits, a little stewed at this stage but soft and plush with excellent tannins, forest floor notes, smoke, herbs. Balanced alc. at 14.1% B&J's

4th Saturday Group brown bagger (R&D's): Double blind. Aromas of bouillon and stewed vegetal qualities. Green. Develops an aroma of a wet hay bale. Very sour on the palate.

Rich round fruit with a nice bit of acidity, even a hint of mint, to brighten it up. 14.1 alcohol means easy drinking. A real pleasure.

Outstanding with both grilled flank steak and Beef Strogonoff, but getting close to time the drink this up.
