Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • A lightly perfumed and fruity bouquets leads to a still fairly concentrated wine, full in the mouth with tannins mellowing but ready to go on in the bottle. Starting to get some mushrooms and clay through the cherry/berry, but with strong fruit, notes of hearty nuts, good acidity and tannins not yet ready to quit, I’d recommend revisiting the next bottle in five years. This wine is too young for my Old Italians dinner!
