This is a massive but oddly approachable wine drinking wonderfully right now. Pairs wonderfully with steak and hearty meats. Decanted 1.5 hours and this was singing. The cab franc and merlot show through but the tannat is 50 percent of blend. Definitely an under appreciated and up and coming producer from an unknown region. Excited to try my next wine from Uruguay!

A much more refined version of Tannat than its single vineyard cousin. This has more complexity, more depth and is much more interesting. Fine tannins, firm acidic backbone, rich fruit. Good stuff.
