Surprised at how much we liked it. Soft tannins give it a slightly earth background flavor, with red fruits up front. Lightly sweet, but not too distracting. A nice change of pace; relatively simple.

nice lush fruit bomb with some chocolate notes, a little dull though to be honest. tannins are not an issue at all with this wine at this point btw. it's just a really simple new world bomb that i paid way too much for because some internet crazy got all excited and told me it's great. my bad.

on popping very meaty and chewy tannins which faded after an hour of decanting. paired with a box of belgian chocolates.. dark fruit flavors mixed well. very dark, chocolate, tannic

(CAMBIATA TANNAT) #1; COLOR-super dark; NOSE-brining serious thunder; very perfumey & aromatic, a beautiful potpourri of different dried flowers (rose pedals, violets, dandelions); really dark, dark black cherry & black raspberry; a little Oak Monster action; TASTE-Bringing the Thunder!!; this is absolutely intriguing, interesting & different, Enormous & Huuuuuge Black Dark Chocolate explosion; good amount of Oak w/ beautiful Vanilla component; Big wine w/ firm, exact & sour tannins on mid-palate; not a fruit bomb--a chocolate bomb; good wine; GV-91
