Keith's Christmas Ledbury Bash (The Ledbury, London): Slightly lighter in colour than the 2002. Lightly salty, hint of flour, elegant. Possibly a l;ittle dilute on the finish but I prefer this to the heavierslightly flabby 02. ***1/2

A delicious treat, with aromas and flavors of yeast, salt, bread dough, almonds, and bitter apple. Terrific with a handful of nuts, a chunk of chorizo, and some Manchego.

Chicago Spanish Offline (Habana Libre): Not experienced with this type of wine, but it just didn't work really well for me. Smelled of nailpolish remover & new shoes. Big and alcoholic up front tastes, but the finish was pretty enjoyable.

taste: the pheynl alcohol is a bit too much on the flavor for me, but it then does lean into really nice and pleasant notes of almonds, hazelnuts, and cashew characteristics
overall: has a really long almond finish which saves the wine for me. It's best on the back end and changed my opinion of it overall. Overall though I've yet to be impressed much by sherry, and this didn't impress me much either

I love Fino and this is as good as I've had. Nuance, Intensity, lightness, minerality and gobs of that crazy Fino flavor profile.
