Inviting nose of key lime and ?hay? Palate is sweet/sour balance between lime, wonderfully viscous texture, hay/straw, good acidity and nice long finish. My last bottle, sigh.

Monday, August 15, 2005 I wish I had a case of this. Classic serious Sancerre - smoke, mineral, boxwood, anise. Wonderful mouthfeel - crisp and lively yet with body and richness. With smoked oyster quesadillas, crottin de chavignol and other cheeses.
