Light yellow. Nose of grass and citrus. Light, Sauvignon Blanc-driven palate of citrus, minerals, and pleasant acidity. Likeable simple wine. My wife and her guest didn't like it much ("too grassy"), but I thought it was OK.

Darker yellow, full bodied. Pleasant minerality, apple cider and some stoniness.

Today's Bordeaux (W Hotel, Chicago IL): nose: real nice and round nose of melon, lemon zest, pears, and lots of minerals and wet rocks
taste: pleasant mineral laced flavors with some lemon and melon behind the minerals
overall: really nice and crisp with a good mineral based attack and acidity
