Light garnet with brick rim. Clean nose, showing moderately intense aromas of baking spices, earth and raspberries. Light-bodied on the palate, with fresh acidity, light sweet tannins, well-integrated alcohol (listed as 12.5%) and flavors mirroring the nose. The middle thins a bit but the resurrected finish is medium in length and crisp (but not overbearing) on the acid spectrum. While nothing special, this wine still provides enjoyment (especially for the price). Drink now-12/13.
Lightweight, but very classic-style red burgundy. Drinking well minutes after opening, but drinking better one day later. A very nice surprise. Note that this bottle has been stored at 12C since it purchase 4 years ago.
