A soaring nose of blackberry, grape skins, mushrooms, leather and vanilla that lead way to a rich, smooth, dark cherry and chocolate profile with some spice notes emerging on the finish.

Really nice wine with good bright red fruit flavors and silky mouthfeel. A little "sweet" upon entry but finishes well with brightness. Totally different from Cali wines we were also drinking but a nice contrast.
