These wines often remind me of a big style of Muscadet a la Briords, and this is no exception. Mineral, citric, with good length. I didn't notice any petillance (as some Txacoli have). More stony/chalky than fruit driven, nice wine.

A bit sweet for my liking, but Laura liked it very much. Had with spicy jerk chicken. Sweetness offset the spicy food nicely, but wine did not stand on its own very will.

More floral and agressively aromatic than any Txakolinas i'd had in Northern Spain. Maybe less effervescent as well. Buttery lemon and pear. Better with a salad than the rest of dinner.

Beautiful floral and citrus nose. Much richer mouthfeel than I expected, but a spritzy effect, despite no visible spritz, makes it seem light at the same time. Pear and citrus fruit, with a long bracing finish. Great as an aperitif. Very good - worth every penny.

Great starter. This went terrific with manchego and goat gouda - also with a salad. Light, shpritzy with a more subtle nose than i remember last time.
