Friday Night Double Blind Tasting $40+ (Bin 75): A pristine bottle from a cold cellar; dark, almost opaque highly extracted core with dull garnet rim; mint, vanilla, nail polish, green pepper, some cheese; richer mouthfeel, spicy finish, cedar, tannin on the finish, slightly cooked which led me to a tougher vintage, red currant, and tobacco; called '99 Napa Cab.

Nice blend, a bit tight out of the bottle, nice nose, good balance. It was good on its own but even better when paired with some food.
