PoB - Grivot Richebourg vertical dinner (1992-2013) (Hong Kong): From Magnum. First wine to be poured and what a start. This wine had it all and reminds us why we drink Burgundy despite the high prices and the many erratic bottles that dont end up showing as they should. Haunting nose of cured meat, spices, cedar, tobacco. Light on the palate, precise tannins. A Burgundy to die for.

Drunk at Arbor Restaurant Hong Kong - Ex Domaine Grivot Richebourg vertical - A wonderful nose is first to greet you as you approach this wine, the front palate is also very attractive. On the finish however there is an acidic bite that undoes much of the good work so far. It's this lack of balance that unfortunately lets this wine down a touch.

What can I say but this a marvellous wine from the Grivot's small plot in Richebourg adjacent to La Romanee and Romi-Conti.
As a mature bottle it had a pronounced nose of flowers against a background of red fruit. Still with a lot of body with some bricking around the edges.
The taste was refined supple and light with a sweetness to the feel. Wonderful red fruits and a grand length.
I gave a glass to the Sommelier who could not take the smile off his face.
An absolute great wine but sadly quite rare.

与大金杯相似,较为浓郁,很有力量的花香,但是尖锐,入口平衡圆润,偏浓郁和新派

Drank in the Alps
Still going strong with an incredible complexity on the nose and palate. Great stuff.
