  A seventeen year old chardonnay. Delicate, subdued, subtle. Beautiful amber color. Honeyed and floral. Not a ghost at all. Drank as a vertical against 2004 Robt Young and '09 Ch St Jean Chards. Of twelve tasters in the panel, 12 of 12 preferred the 1994. Alas, it was my last bottle!
