Medium ruby color. On the nose: Floral/detergent aroma meets cherry and plum and behind that there's a subtle whiff of vanilla and cedarbox. On the palate: Lighter bodied, There's some simple semi-sour cherry fruit, very mild soft tannins, a teensy bit of pepper and spice, and an herbal/vegetal green pepper/celery characteristic-which I'm going to assume is coming from the cabernet. Medium smooth, basic finish. Quite gulpable. This is a good food wine with your basic to moderate Italian fare. Tonight's pairing: chicken ravioli with a red sauce.

Dark Ruby / purple in color with a medium with coal and cherry and rasberry aromas. Light tannins, rasberry, smoke and mineral flavors with a medium finish. Very enjoyable, somewhat simple wine, light on the palate with long legs, very smooth flavor and an incredible food wine. Worth every cent and more. Not a complex representative of a Super Tuscan, but a nice wine.

It was a nice surprise. Drank over two weeks for E's birthday.

Ganske enkel og lettdrikkelig. God, men ikke veldig spennende. Preg av røyk og krydder.

Very light for a SuperTuscan, probably due to it being predominately Cabernet.
