Blind tasting at Hotel de la Butte, Britanny, one star Michelin. Mâture hue with golden borders. Nose rich :oxydised apple and vanilla stick. Mouth on the other side of the moon: mineral withouth technics, vivid like a joung Savennieres. A very good surprise from the sommelier. Perfect on peas soup with smoked anchovies. Very good, and surprising, 88 according to CT rating scale.

Lovely citrus fruit with a richness and weight from the oak coming through. Nothing to rave about in particular, but equally nothing to complain about too. Does pretty much exactly what it says on the tin (or should that be bottle)!

Importer tasting (@ RdG): Compared to Clos Floridene there is less oak and more citrus acidity. Because of this the wine is a little more elegant and less complex. Very pure and pleasant wine.
