Lovely golden hay colour with a bit of a buttery, viscous texture; aromas of citrus, apples, and tropical smells on the nose. Incredibly clean flavours of pineapple, apple cider, and sweet lemon curd. Nice long finish.

Outstanding!. I was a bit worried about this wine as it's been sitting in my kitchen wine cabinet for a while now instead of tucked away. I had nothing to worry about. I've been drinking more Sauv Blancs than Chard lately and this was a treat. I let it warm up about 20 minutes after removing it from the refrigerator. Initial nose of pears, nothing too special there, beautiful golden color. The palate were something to write home about. Flavors of honey, and graham crackers were very prominent with a nice mineral finish. The lack of the traditional buttery oak was missing and I didn't mind one bit. I couldn't stop talking about the wine to my wife. It went very well with a dinner of Orange Roughy and a side of grilled green beans. I wish I had more.

Definitely easy on the oak. Enjoyed the citrus burst and the clean finish.
