  Opened and served one hour later. At first the nose was mainly just dark fruit, but by the second glass it was giving notes of wheat, roasted meat and brie cheese. Basic flavours of cherries and plums with some underlying sweetness. Slight heat on the 20 second finish. I would decant 1-2hrs next time if drinking now or wait a few more years.
