  • This bottle pale, lemony and precise. Just when I thought this might have been going to get a bit flabby it almost turns into a Chablis-lookalike. I'm amazed.

  • This has been a steady wine throughout it's evolution. Still pale with a lemon sherbot and greengage nose. Fairly lean but some creaminess and no astringency. All nicely balanced but not spectacular and good on it's own or with a range of foods--seafood or chicken. I'm not looking for great things here but will continue to enjoy my last few bottles over the next two years with no expectation that any further softening will be replaced with weight or warmth.

  • Nice restrained nose on this that needs 30 minutes to open up. In the mouth a good balance of waxy fruit with good body - a touch of delicate sweetness counterbalanced with a slightly tangy follow through. Went very well with Indian food. Overall good.
