  • White creamy butter milk sauced mushrooms, white asparagus and boiled Lentils. Brioche bread with Rich creamy mouthfeel that also hits with its minerality. Really well made. Nice oak Has depth and breadth. Inviting white but packs a punch so drink at night only.

  • Golden color. A lot happening on this nose: loads of grilled pineapple, wet stone, some creme brulee, pencil shavings, a little lees action, and a wonderful note of hot green peppers. Fuller body on the palate: pineapple & baked cinnamon apple with some serious chalk and flint minerality running through it. A bit of buttered popcorn, some more of the green peppers, lemon peel, and an additional peppercorn note add even more interest. Solid acidity providing some balance. Outstanding length. This is bigger Chardonnay done very well. All the elements are in place and in proportion. However, and I feel like I've been saying this a lot lately, some more fresh acidity would really vault this wine into the realm of "special". Superb value.
