Salone di Grandi Vini Bianchi (Mirabelle Restaurant Austin, Texas): This is considered to be Pra’s best Soave made from the Garganega grape, lots of citrus notes and high acidity, also some notes of bruised/slightly macerated fruits such as lemon, yellow apple, kiwi, a touch of dried apricot, this is a wine with medium plus body and a nice round mouth-feel, most seemed to comment on the high acidity and this wine could be slightly out of balance because of such searing acidity.

Beautiful wine -- lemon nose with a concentrated palate of high toned citrus and nut oil. Finishes with a warm nuttiness, akin to a nice roussanne. There's a real richness and complexity here that goes so far beyond typical Soave -- just a lovely wine showing perfectly now...

Golden color with white fruit and flowers on the nose. Medium full with balanced acidity. Big fruit with just enough acidity to keep it nice. The finish lingers. This wine is very complex but it annoyed me after a while with all the sloppy fruit pulp. A bit clumsy.
