Having drunk a lot of these I still think it is too citrussy and tart but this varies from bottle to bottle (some being almost undrinkable others being really quite nice). If it were not for this this would be a nice wine.

Loved it, lots of citrus and grassy aromas. A medium body wine that followed thru with the citrus flavours with a little mineral flavour, had a nice long finish. Went very nice with the prawns we had for dinner

Clear just the yellow side of white; slightly muted nose of stone fruits and sour apple; a little spritz on the palate but in this case it's actually kind of nice; well balanced, refreshing and even moderately interesting, medium finish; significantly better than the 04 Stoneleigh and quite enjoyable overall

Vintages tasting note: Pale straw colour with classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc aromas of gooseberry, asparagus, citrus and passion fruit. Dry, fairly racy, but not overly aggressive. Very good aroma replays. Medium-bodied with a lingering finish.

Too sherbetty/citrussy for normal drinking.
