Nose is gorgeous, Earthy, warm milk chocolate , sweet caramel, licorice & dried fruits. Brownish red hue bespoke its age... Herbal notes emerging as it opens up.... Full bodied, smooth texture, light density, extremely Long finish rounded with a oh my goodness spring dewy ending . Drinking very well now.

Spicy white pepper, blue berries, tobacco and cedar on the nose. Some earthy spices, bright red fruit and figs aroma emerged after sometime in the glass. Sweet plums, cherries and strong peppery notes in the forward palate. Full-bodied and rich. Mid-palate is meaty, full of sweet earthy spices but finish is somewhat closed and tannic still. Need to age a few more years. May turn out to be better than the 2005 Romas Grenache in time to come.
