  The wine has changed a little since my last note - on opening it seems much younger and primary than before - after an hour the wine approaches the prior note and at day two the prior note is right on.

  In the glass a medium ruby to the rim and a NOSE TO DIE FOR - alpine strawberry- the little ones - cherries and oak - my idea of what Pinot should smell like! In the mouth a wonderful soft and supple texture with flavors of cherry, spice and light cedar with great acidity that carries everything to a long finish - A totally complete Pinot - Did I say it has a NOSE TO DIE FOR? If you look for this wine ask for it as the label says - B Vineyards and Habitat
