Deep, dark golden color. Nose still of mostly tropical fruit. Full bodied, on the viscous side, mature notes of caramel, butterscotch, and some pinapple. Probably waited a bit too long for this one. Much bigger wine than I recall.

Here's to the last of my 375s. At pop and pour. Aromas of mineral and creamy fruit. It's rather tropical. Banana and some lean pineapple. On the palate, still shows some rounded herb edge up front. Also, licorice and green olive. All the same, a very pure and classed palate. Very mineral and smooth, almost glassy texture. 2 hours in and some oak starts to creep into the aromas, acting as a spark to some more mineral composition. Not as fruity, more mineral.
