  - Garnet color and aromas of blackberry and has flavours of blackberry and cherry with a medium/full body. Juicy texture with a long finish - I wish I had more. I would like to see what this tastes like next year. I decanted with the idea of an hour+ but our guests arrived early. We jumped right into it with only 20 mins of breathing. The last glass was beautiful. What a shame.

  This wine was under-performing at the tasting with unexciting tasting notes, but at the end of the evening I tried the very last sip and it was very good, velvety, mouth coating and great spices and curry flavors. I rated the wine 84 first then 93 and midway is 88-89...

  An excellent example of its type. Deep red hue with distinctive McCLAREN Shiraz nose; very pleasant palate - a food wine which improves a couple of days after opening
