Chicago Wine Flock..."Top Central Coast Syrah from Rich" (House of Nanda - Chicago IL): Tasted double blind. Very dark color. charming dried apricot aromas with some nutty notes. Good intensity, moderate length. We did a good job identifying this as Mr. K, but it seemed to show botrytis so most of us thought this was Noble Man. Wrong again.

Great acidity, intensity, and a mouth-coating richness. Surprisingly dark color for a 2006.
Not as complex as the Strawman or Nobleman.
