| Tasted by Bob in MD on 2/4/2009 & rated 87 points: A surprisingly good wine from CT. Showed good complexity with lots of spice on the nose and palate. A bit on the sweet side (cherry flavors) with a strong vanilla nose, but has some earth and a smooth spciy medium finish with some tannins that were decently integrated. This would go very nicely with gamey meats such as duck. (250 views) | |
