This is a note for the P.V. bottling, aged in stainless steel. The nose is bright and fruity, with a lot of cherry and a hint of herbs. This is just barley medium bodied on the palate, with a lack of concentration and finesse. Medium length finish.

A surprisingly good wine from CT. Showed good complexity with lots of spice on the nose and palate. A bit on the sweet side (cherry flavors) with a strong vanilla nose, but has some earth and a smooth spciy medium finish with some tannins that were decently integrated. This would go very nicely with gamey meats such as duck.

Horrible. Tasted like a bad homemade wine.
