Knocked my socks off. We had it with roast chicken and it was gulpable; wonderful flavors and mouthfeel at cellar temperature. As I’m new to Syrahs, perhaps I’m easily impressed, but what a beginning! I probably overpaid at K & L auction, but I don’t mind paying extra for quality. Whoever made this wine, thank you for your efforts!

still somewhat tight for the first 30 minutes post open. tannis are there and structure is good. did not seem like a 16 year old bottle.
