Ruby core with a slight brown hue, showing its age. Bottled under screwcap, this has retained a bit of freshness with notes of cherry, clove, dried cranberry and tarragon. Flavors of dried cherry, orange peel and cinnamon with heightened acidity. Pairs nicely with pork loin roast. 90 pts for, 91-92 for Domino.

Popped and poured with salmon. Dried cherry with subtle tea and warm spice undertones. More of the same on the palate, where the fruit is definitely on the mature side, perhaps a bit too much so, leaving the acidity to stand out. Better with a meal than without, and already in gentle decline if this is representative. 87 for me, 89 for my bride. We'll plan to enjoy our last bottle before the year's end.

Ruby color. Aromas of rhubarb and cherry with underlying earthy notes. Light- to medium-bodied with flavors of cherries and spice. Decent finish.

Smooth clan wine, very good but VERY LIGHT IN FLAVOR, almost watered down, good for a light summer day.
