  Festa - Not great notes - Still significant fruit remaining. Very balanced with tons of complexity, earthiness and leather notes. Great acidity and structure remain.

  Kenny lugged this back from Tuscany a few years ago and what a beauty it is. In perfect nick, opening as fresh as a trout. It was tight as a drum at first, offering a whiff of cured meats, some cherry fruit and a shot of espresso. It gained dimension and depth with air and has pristine red fruits, some black earth and an engaging scent of truffle. Lovely proportion and poise and possessing a finish that is crisp and savoury.

  Helt moden. Lær, tobakk, svisker, creme de cassis. Noe leken rød kirsebærfrukt under der. Ganske lett og rustikk frukt, bra tanningrep fortsatt. Sursøt frukt. Gir "snusleppe". Her har strukturen tatt over for frukten for en stund siden. En ok vin fra en svak årgang, vinen altså.

  Vintage Chianti Tasting at Tolani (Tolani): The nose of this wine showed undergrowth and herbs with dusty dark fruit and a bit of old parchment paper. On the palate, I found tart yet delicate raspberry fruit, which led to a tannic anise finish that was a bit marred by acidity.
