  Screwtop. Nice, refined nose. Some cedar, biscuit, vanilla, and dark fruit. Rich and full bodied, yet nicely restrained. Lots of dark fruits, violets, plum, black cherry, and light spice. Soft, fine tannins linger pleasantly on the medium-plus length finish. Nicely balanced.
  
  A little more complexity on the palate would kick it up a notch, but really, this is quite enjoyable as is!
