Light smell of moss, bark, a musty basement... Texture is smooth, tannins provide a perfect bite - just a touch, not too much. Flavor is very mild, a bit chalky, dry as bone - not much going on. Don't know if I got a bad bottle or if this wine simply isn't that impressive. Drinkable but nothing worth writing home about.
