A nice golden colored chardonnay with melon on the nose. It has a layered flavor with a tart fruit, acidic middle with lasting citrus flavored finish. The wine is buttery and smooth, the colder the better with the taste of oak and minerality throughout. 91 chill and pour.

I was expecting overwhelming acidity, but it was actually fairly well balanced, perhaps even on the sweet and buttery side compared to similarly priced Napa and Sonoma Chardonnay that I have tasted. Peach and tangerine, honey, pleasant citrus, charming if unspectacular butter oak finish. This is a nice choice for around $30, will probably buy again.

Good fruit and acidity but a little bit on the harsh side. I definitely didn't get the buttery notes other people mentioned and in my opinion this is certainly not a butter bomb chardonnay. Decently made but not really my style.
