  The wine looks pink colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry, raspberry, lemon, apple and biscuity. It tastes like strawberry, raspberry, lemon, grapefruit, apple, peach, pear, melon, apple blossom, baker's yeast and biscuity. The body is medium. The wine has bright texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

  Totally enjoyed it this time. I guess, I was in the mood for this type of bubbly, and with the tappas - it just disappeared. Bone dry, savoury and fresh.

  Purchased on a whim. High pressure under the cork. Pale salmon colour. Light, creamy aroma, a but lactic; some sweet red berries. More distinctive flavour profile: fairly high but very soft acidity, sweet lemon, well integrated; fairly soft mousse, nice juiciness. Reminds me a little of Moutard's rosé which I used to enjoy over a decade ago (what happened to that?). Delicate but not meek. Might be nicer with a touch more bottle age. RRP nonetheless ridiculous. After a few hours, a peach aroma develops, and a mild red apple flavour. [Cork + cage; 12.5% abv; Morrisons, on offer @ £26, regular price £39].

  Light pink (Provencal style) colour, bottled in a transparent glass to attract more buyers. Easy drinking, and very pleasant, I can drink every day if costs £15. There is not enough body for proper champagne, but I believe it's been made with different agenda, i.e. uncomplicated aperitif style. I like it the way it is.
