This is rounding out nicely, but can still go another year or two. Nice mouthfeel, lingering pleaseant finish. Definetly a Napa Carneros Pinot. The earthiness really comes through though not overbearing. Red fruit essence is very present including cherry, rasberry and pommegranite. Nice wine if you can find it under $20.

45-50% new french oak for 7 months. Orange peel and nicely pinot fruited. Lively palate if just a pinch of green. Maybe that keeps it tight and enjoyable? I would guess that it needs just a touch more time to really show it off. It all comes from Stanely Ranch. The same year Tokalon was planted Stanley Ranch was too. Nice nose between spice (oak) and fruit notes. Lively palate. It just needs a touch of time to bring everything into syncronisity (sp?).

Agree with Gordo. A little flat... even for a Pinot. Bought 6 bottles at @ $20. Hopefully opens up with time.

Seem to not be drinking well at the time. Closed up. If you own it, wait.
