Amazingly fresh and healthy given the age with honey, peach, apricot and herbs. Medium aftertaste. A steal at this price point.
No bouquet, no taste no mouth feel. I wish the bottle contained some mineral water from France instead! What a waste.

Wax, honey and very little peaches. Was better in September 2009.
BOB (Huisman's): Waxy and oily sense to the nose. Lemon and a bit of stone fruit.Lemon oils on the palate. Full bodied, but not too thick. A bit light on the acidity and borderline flabby.
