Ordentlig moden og godt utviklet, og til å begynne med var vi flere som lurte på om denne var oksidert eller korket - men det som kunne minne om kork forsvant raskt med luft, og vinen viste bare godt utviklede toner. Her er modne epler og eplemost i fleng, smaken er også preget av modne epler/eplecider. God fylde, flott syre. Moro at en såpass moden hvit burgund dukker opp på blindsmaking!

These are gone now. I would not say prematurely oxed as they are after all over 30 yrs old but there's not much pleasure in them anymore unless you get the odd lively bottle. Best to avoid. Tried 2 bottles in last 12 months with same condition.

Night and day compared to last bottle. Very mature with some oxidative notes, meringue, honeycomb, caramel/butterscotch, acidity still showing with a bit of lemon. Enjoyed this quite a bit, but very mature and would drink up.

I used to love these wines. Not dead yet but it had lost most of that zippiness. All fatness, honeycomb and butterscotch. For those who like really mature white burg this may still be ok but if you are sensitive to oxidation then it really is time to drink up unless you lucked out with some very pristine bottles.

Corked. When it was cold and the tca didn't show too much it seemed to be a bit on the woody side, lots of toasted oak. Will see with the next bottle.
