  • had a sip with the winemaker and importer at botlle shop of spring lake in-store tasting to settle debate regarding longevity. we agreed that the wine is still in good condition. some browning but overall intact. taste of rasin and chocolate is reminiscent of a barolo. great wine.

  • Dark ruby/burgundy colour. Aromas of barnyard, black cherry, black licorice, and lots of tar. Slightly muted on the nose, with a touch of steminess. Full-bodied, lush, with mushrooms, black plums, cherry, and black licorice. Long finish, 40-45s, with black fruit, candied orange peel, vanilla. Nose does not do justice to the palate and wonderful finish of this wine.
