Paired with umami salat - maybe a hair to sweet but otherwise spot on. Beautiful tropical flavours and good acidity to keep it in place. Drink now and enjoy!

Very attractive sweet floral nose of chrysanthmum, pineapples, lychees and lots of spices (cinnamon and vanilla beans). However, on the palate, this is suprisingly quite dry in comparison. Lots of minerals and spices with sparkling lemony acidity. Quite pleasant with soy sauce steamed fish.

Lunch at Asia Grand (Odean Towers, Singapore): Excellent stuff, wish I had more than this lone bottle. Nose was full of sweet aromatics, with lovely notes of honey, nectar, dried figs and earthy mineral along with a dusting of mushrooms and lots of honeysuckle and other sweet flower tones. The palate was nicely dry though. Again, very flavourful and aromatic, with tones of honey, orange peel, some flowery tones, and a tropical overlay of pineapples and lychee. Rich and oily texture too. It was anything but sweet though, with a nice flinty dryness across the palate moving into a long finish with just tons of mineral and spice pplaying around in the mouth. A lovely wine, very integrated now. Great with Hong Kong steamed fish in soy sauce.

Consistent with previous notes, maybe even a touch more integrated and elegant.

Same as previous note. Took an hour to really blossom.
