  • Chez Aude et François
Nez très floral avec du petit fruit rouge (fraises) et un côté iodé étonnant. Belle bouche racée, fougueuse, mais avec une texture aérienne, encore de bons tanins, de la mâche, une bonne longueur. Je me croyais à Chambolle 2005...! Magnifique. 93 pts

From 60yrs old vines. Cloudy brick red. The nose of a mature Burgundy is just fabulous and captivating. Gentle, complex, and deep aromas which is quite ripe with red plum, stew cherry merge nicely with black tea and mineral that is fresh with hint of muskiness. Just lovely. The palate is excellent too. Velvety mouth feel, impeccable balance of med level dry extract, round acidity and sweet fruits. Rich but light on its feet, with little bit of tannin that present to give a very good tension that all flow seamlessly to the bittersweet cocoa finish that's ended with black tea nuances. Drinking at it's peak. This is a treat! Buy -Yes.
