Huge oak on the nose still, quite woody palate as well, super lemony acids, almost giving it a white wine profile. Nice midpalate weight, and quite rustic and intense with loads of sour-saison notes. Most at table think this is too young, I find it the oakiest wine of the night both aromatically and on the palate with lots of dry wood tannins. If oak integrates, could get better.

Tasted blind. Amazing effort for a "mere" Reserva. Layers of black and red fruit, slight flint intertwined with notes of mushrooms and clay. Velvet texture, medium length and fat, fine tannins. IMO this is at its peak.

Has some mushroom and earth development on the nose. The palate is deep and dense with a core of briary fruit. It has a creamy feel and fresh, punchy acid finish. Very tasty.
