  Wow - this still has so much oak. I enjoyed this wine three years ago so either my taste has changed or something was up with this bottle - tasted heavy handed and even after 20 years of age it was flat and overpowering

  淡宝石红色，闻香有明显的奶油味，那种来自新世界的类似桉树的气味，成熟黑果，青椒气息，入口酸度高，单宁紧致有点抓人，有颗粒感，酒液咸，收口甜，明显的奶油，喉咙里能感受到酒精感，桉树一类的草本植物混合着黑果香气，后段有清凉感和辛辣感，余味是奶油和成熟果香。香气浓郁，酒体强劲，橡木桶影响明显，甜美风格。

  Quite a nice wine. Still quite fresh. Not a typical Syrah. Drink now over the next 10 years

  On the nose: Dark berries, meat, tobacco
  On the palate: Dark berries, sweet herbs, (day 1 hint of eucalyptus) smoked meat, chocolate and tobacco
  Very smooth and fine balance
  Long finish
