  Slightly cloudy and transparent red with a pale rim. Cork crumbled. Sherry nose with hints of overripe dark fruit. On the palate preserved plums, dried figs, blackberry, compote, wet gravel, blood and iron. Still with an acidic spine. Clearly and mostly tertiary but holding up quite well for its age. Very enjoyable
