Garnet colored, medium bodied, complex tangy blackberry and black plum fruits with notes of tobacco, black tea and some spice with smooth polished supple tannins on the elegant finish.

Taste of Mt. Veeder, nose of dark fruit, same on the palate, medium body, lovely fruit to taste, passed it's peak, touch simple, nice fruit but nothing special, medium/long finish.

We enjoyed this with a grilled tenderloin steak. A nicely complex, slightly fruity, mouth filling wine. Very nice.

Jammy and and slightly earthy with fully integrated tannins. Tasty, but nothing to really rave about... Drank with beef sausages and herb roasted chicken.
